Key Areas of Responsibility Prepare Monthly Management Accounts pack to deadline-reporting to Group FC All Balance sheet reconciliation work, eg bank recs, wages, suppliers, commissions, intercompany accounts Daily cashflow reporting in excel - using online banking facilities Daily allocation of funds - deciding which suppliers/commissions to pay Setting monthly cash collection targets for credit control staff Annual Budget/Cashflow preparation - defining budget assumptions Monthly salary run-salaried staff Maintaining and reconciling Creditors Ledger-posting supplier invoices/payments Responsible for tax returns- e.g. VAT/P30s/P35/ using ROS online facility Act as main contact for external auditors, and production of year-end audit file.
